This time of year, I always start to crave greenery. Winter has just taken hold in Texas, and I’m already wishing for Spring. My response is usually to buy indoor plants, something I’ve done in full force this year. I also added a new terra cotta planter to our growing collection of containers, and over the weekend I painted it white and added a large gold heart. Now I’m ready for Spring and Valentine’s Day.

Tiny Flower Pots

I’ve been on a bit of a plant-buying spree lately and have been especially drawn to succulents, perhaps because of the increased likelihood of being able to keep them alive. I didn’t have any pots small enough for the tiny succulents, so I picked up a few small clay pots at the craft store and Jenna was more than happy to help decorate them. I think her crazy red/green/pink/gray pot is my favorite.
