Would something like this be able to survive with high heat on a balcony?

I’ve only kept succulents indoors, but I’ve read that they do well outdoors and in heat/full sun environments. Here’s some add’l info about caring for succulents:

People have always been drawn to gardening. Plant that garden this year and you’ll be happier, and more healthy. Your grandfather planted a big garden each spring. Start with a small plot this year; expand next year. Entire meals can be eaten from the harvest. I remember the rich earthy soil that looked like oreo wafers. Everyone even the youngest had to participate. -Love, Aunt May
